Amazon.com Product Description: RalliSport Challenge puts you in the driver's seat of rally racing excitement as you race against the clock or go wheel-to-wheel in fierce grudge matches against AI opponents with unique personalities, or up to three of your friends in four-player split-screen competition. Rally racing fans will appreciate the attention to detail: 25 fully licensed cars, four race modes (Hill Climb, "conventional" Rally, Rallycross, and Ice Racing), a wide variety of tracks, locations, and weather conditions, and much more. The game takes full advantage of the power of the Xbox and includes detailed effects such as swaying trees, people and animals running to avoid your car's path, and realistic particle effects as you speed through the course. Misjudge a corner and you'll quickly be rewarded with a spectacular crash and realistic car damage. This is rally racing.

It doesn't get any better than this..., November 10, 2002

I've played a lot of racing games, but by far this is the most realistic game out there... by far. Maybe the graphics aren't that amazing but the physics model is superb... it actually feels like driving a real car! However, there is one part of the game which bothers me... you can turn at 150 mph and not roll over, but, aside from that, it is a great game. DEFINITELY A MUST-HAVE!

Very Good Rally Game!!, November 2, 2002

This game is extremely fun, I didn't think that it would be too fun but I gave it a chance. The graphics are excellent! This is a must have for all x-box owners.

Difficult as..., October 10, 2002

I have played just about every racing game worth playing, and this game, though it is good, is honestly the hardest racing game I have ever played. It was so difficult I got frustrated and lost interest after a while. Other than that however, the graphics and frame rate are smooth and realistic, and the physics are certainly decent. This is definitely just for those of you who are hardcore racing fans and have tons of patience. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Best Racing Game Ever!, October 7, 2002

I have played alot, and I mean alot of racing games, and none of them compare to Rallisport Challenge, Good graphics, good gameplay, awesome cars, good multiplayer, and the option to take your music from your Xbox hardrive and put it in your game! I recommend this game to people that love realistic racing games.

This is the first game I got for the X-Box. First off, buy a steering wheel! All these reviews that say they have trouble controlling racing games with their control pads are incredibly dumb. You need a steering wheel! A game like "Rallisport Challenge" is hard enough with the wheel. It takes lots of tiny corrections to the wheel to keep the car in control, that's what makes these kind of games great, because it takes so much skill, that is why you will never get bored with it. "Rallisport" graphics are on the next level, incredible detail. Several kinds of racing, hillclimbs, rally racing with others, and timed events that simulate the real thing. Every time I would get to the next stage, all the A.I. cars would cream me, and I would think, " I'm never going to beat these guys." But I kept at it, and eventually I would end up winning all the stages. So you can do it, and I promise, it will be worth the effort.

Is it over Yet?, August 17, 2002

I first must admit I'm not a big fan of racing games, but I try to keep an open mind and decided to rent Rallisport Challenge for a long weekend. I found this game tedious at best. I thought the cars were very difficult to control using the standard X-box controller and felt very unnatural. Despite hours of practice and employing several different driving strategies, I consistently got badly outraced, even on the simplest of courses.

I must admit, the graphics, music, and car options were intriguing and kept me playing this game for awhile. But these "sugar-coated" features can't really hide the fact that the game is a dud, and definately not worth purchasing.

This game is one that can truly show the vast power of the Xbox. You can see every detail so clearly. The career mode is great, as it will keep you playing for quite some time. The game also has a great replay value, since it is pick up and play, and because of the two player. A very good game to buy.

RalliSport Challenge (RC) was my second purchase of a racing game after Project Gotham, in hopes of it not being like it.

I've been a rally fan for sometime so I had to get this game, and it was certianly no mistake and was my first smartest decision I've made on a game.

RC was amzing in graphics and gameplay. The enviroments were so realistic, it was somewhat challenging to determine what was ahead when driving which you had to rely on the co-driver. A WIDE selection of cars and tracks. Difficulty is very flexible, a Beginner and Normal mode. Sounds and music are also the main points of the game. And this game is just great fun!

If your a rally fan, this is a game for you.

finally a good racing game, July 18, 2002

Ever since Grand Turismo, I have not been able to find a racing game that could even come close to the amount of fun I had with GT. RS Challenge is the best racing game I have played since GT, I would recommend it to any and all race fans. The graphics are amazing, and the sound is cool, I love the english guy telling me whats up next, and besides, you can make your own soundtrack. The controlls are second nature to pick up, and the cars handle in a way that is easy to controll, but there is still enough realizm in the way they handle to keep me happy. When I bought the game, my sister complained that I bought that one, but now she plays it more than I do, and she doens't usually like racing games. There is only one complaint I have with the game, and that is the multiplayer mode. If 2 controllers are connected, there are 2 cars racing, you cant add any computer controlled cars. but other than that, best racing game out.

one of the best....., July 17, 2002

This game is definetely a must have. I though that all of the microsoft games weren't that good, but this one is defenitely the bomb! For crying out loud theres 46+ different courses and if your talking to me I would say that that is beond what i would of expected. The cars look so detailed, and what i like about it is instead of driving into the out of bounds area and then having to struggle to get back on the track, it'll reset the car for you which i lika A LOT. THats what i don't like about crazi taxi and those kinds of games. I'de say the only two problemns with the game are that i don't know how do unlock rallycross tracks (multiplayer) and there a at least 20 cars that you have to unlock. But the thing that i like about it is that it is going to be a hard game to beat which i think is good. All my other games (halo, raw is war, fusion frenzy, fever, nhl (etc)) were almost possible to beat in an hour.

Without any of the problems I would say that this game is definetely on of xbox's best.
